RETURNS POLICY
We’re happy to accept returns for unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Return shipping for domestic orders is always free, and we’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your refund minus the original shipping fees. International return postage is paid by the customer. If you’re arranging a return please email shopslimz@gmail.com and they will give you the correct return address and assign an RMA for tracking purposes.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We’re happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for domestic orders. After you complete your exchange, you’ll receive an E-CREDit (a voucher that equals the total amount paid for the item you are exchanging.) You can then easily repurchase your new item using the E-CREDit code provided.
