these koozies and the camo one didn't stand right, I contacted them to see if I could return it for a different one. They emailed back to let me know that they were not only going to replace it with a new one and I could keep the old one, but they were refunding my money as well!!! Wait, what?! It got better. When I got the replacement in the mail it didn't only include the one but a second koozie!!!!! This business is amazing! I've been bragging on them ever since and will definitely order again!
