Fit guide
Find your size in 30 seconds
One measurement: your waist. Not your bra size, not your chest — the hold is knitted into the fabric, so the fit follows your waist.
How to measure
- Find your natural waist — the narrowest part, usually just above the belly button.
- Wrap a soft tape around it, level all the way round, snug but not pulled.
- Type the number into the finder. That's it — no bra size, no chest measurement.
Why the waist? The hold is knitted into the fabric, not built into cups or straps, so the fit follows your waist.
Find your size
One measurement. Your waist — not your chest, because the support is in the fabric.
Measure the narrowest part, tape level, don’t pull tight.
Every size stretches past its band — the figures above are where each one fits best. Between two? Take the smaller for a firmer hold, the larger for all-day ease.
Yes, the first one is a workout.
That is the density doing its job — the same density that holds you all day with nothing underneath. Ten seconds, three steps:
- Step into it, don’t pull it over your head.
- Bring it up to your waist first.
- Arms through, settle the straps.
After a wear or two it goes on easily. Snug is the hold, not the wrong size.

Sizing questions
Still not sure?
I'm between two sizes. Which one?
Take the smaller one for a firmer hold, the larger one for all-day ease. Both will fit — the knit stretches past each size's band.
It's tight the first time I put it on. Wrong size?
Almost always not. The first wear is snug because the knit is dense — that density is what holds you without a bra. Step into it, bring it up to your waist, then put your arms through. After a wear or two it goes on easily.
I have a large chest. Will it hold me?
Yes. Every fit supports through DD+, from the fabric rather than from straps. For the most coverage and hold, customers with a very full chest choose the High Neck Top.
Does it stretch out over time?
No. The knit is built to keep its shape wear after wear. Hand wash it cold and dry it flat — the dryer is what breaks elastic fibers.
My usual US size is a 6. What SLIMZ size am I?
Go by your waist rather than your dress size — the finder above takes 30 seconds. The women in the photos show their usual US size next to the SLIMZ size they wear, which is a good sanity check.
Can the items in a pack be different sizes?
Yes. The size row sets the whole pack in one tap, and you can change the size of any single item after that.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange for another size. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping & returns
