Refund policy
30 days to return or exchange. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange an item. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email us. Write to info@shopslimz.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us whether you'd like a return or an exchange, and for what size or fit.
- Send it back. We'll reply with where to send it. Pack the item unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached.
- Get your swap or refund. Exchanges ship out in your new size or fit. Returns are refunded to your original payment method once the item arrives and is checked.
Who pays for return and exchange shipping?
The customer. Shipping to you is free on qualifying orders, but sending an item back, and shipping out an exchange, is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Packs
You can exchange one item from a pack. Email us your order number and tell us which item you'd like to swap for another size or fit. The same 30-day window and conditions apply.
Final sale
Nipple Covers can't be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons. Everything else is covered by the 30-day window.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email info@shopslimz.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.
