Returns & exchanges

Three steps, all by email.

Email us Write to info@shopslimz.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us whether you'd like a return or an exchange, and for what size or fit.
Send it back We'll reply with where to send it. Pack the item unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Get your swap or refund Exchanges ship out in your new size or fit, and exchange shipping is paid by the customer. Returns are refunded to your original payment method.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship in 1–2 business days, then transit time depends on your address. Your tracking link shows the latest estimate.

Who pays for return and exchange shipping?

The customer. Shipping to you is free on orders over $95, but sending an item back, and shipping out an exchange, is paid by the customer.

Is anything non-returnable?

Nipple Covers. For hygiene reasons they can't be returned or exchanged. Everything else is covered by the 30-day window.

Can I exchange one item from a pack?

Yes. Email us your order number and tell us which item you'd like to swap for another size or fit. The same 30-day window and conditions apply.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Email info@shopslimz.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.
