We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of $95 or more.
- $6.95 flat rate on orders under $95.

Processing and delivery
Orders ship in 1–2 business days, then transit time depends on your address. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way, and it shows the latest delivery estimate.
Damaged, lost or wrong orders
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, or your tracking stops updating, email info@shopslimz.com with your order number (and a photo if something arrived damaged), and we'll sort it out.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Return and exchange shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund policy for the details.
